Do I need to have an account with Off The Farm?
Yes! Once you sign up, you’ll be prompted to create an account if you don’t already have one.
Is the membership fee a recurring charge?
Yes, members pay $79 every year for access to the membership program. There are no termination fees or hidden costs. Your membership will automatically be renewed. However, in compliance with state laws you will receive an email 30 days prior to renewal to give you the opportunity to cancel your membership.
How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time. Please note that upon cancellation, you will immediately lose access to all membership benefits. Off The Farm does not provide refunds or credits, including partially used billing periods.
How do I become a member?
Add the membership to your cart from this page and check out! Then you will be prompted to either create an account or sign in to your existing Off The Farm account.
Will the benefits or pricing ever change?
The core benefits and pricing of the program will not change during your active annual membership. While may change benefits or pricing for new or renewed memberships, we will notify you in advance about any upcoming change to benefits or pricing.
My benefits aren’t working. Why?
You have to sign in to your Off The Farm account to access your membership benefits.
Do I earn store credit on all purchases?
You earn 10% in store credit on all non-discounted purchases on OffTheFarm.com. Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash or gift cards. If you have a subscription, you will not receive 10% in store credit for these purchases, as subscription orders are discounted.
Please note that when you use your store credit, you will not earn store credit on that portion of the purchase. So if your order is $100, you use $40 in store credit and pay for the remainder, you will earn store credit for the $60 purchase.
What is a qualified referral?
Referrals must be personal referrals. Referral links should not be shared on social media, through third-party websites, through third-party mailing, and other third-party channels.
Deliberate misuse of the referral program will constitute fraud and/or abuse, all rewards and membership status will immediately be forfeited, and where permitted by law additional actions may be taken up to and including legal action.
Can I apply a discount code to my membership purchase?
No, discounts do not apply to the membership.
